Moscow will reply to Obama letter but it will take some time - Lavrov
MOSCOW. April 18 (Interfax) - Moscow is writing a reponse to the letter of U.S. President Barack Obama to Russian President Vladimir Putin delivered by U.S. National Security Advisor Tom Donilon several days ago.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry will sum up results of the Donilon visit at a bilateral meeting in Brussels next week.
"I do not think we will have a long discussion. We already had two hours of negotiations in London. Naturally, we will discuss the Moscow visit of Tom Donilon," Lavrov said.
"He brought a message of President Obama to President Putin. A reponse to this letter is being prepared. It will take some time," he told reporters in Moscow.
