Presidential council on ethnic relations becomes familiar with NGO projects that can seek grants

MOSCOW. April 18 (Interfax) - The presidential council on ethnic relations is becoming familiar with the projects of NGOs working in its area of interest to determine the organizations that can receive grants.

"After the February meeting of our council, the president issued an order to provide grants to NGOs [working in this sphere]," Magomedsalam Magomedov, deputy head of the presidential administration, said at the meeting of the presidential council on ethnic relations.

"We are working closely on ensuring that the best projects win [the grant tenders]," Magomedov said.
