Kazakhstan denies that Boston bombing suspects lived there in the past
ASTANA. April 20 (Interfax) - The Kazakh Foreign Ministry has found no confirmation that brothers Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the Boston Marathon bombing suspects, lived in Kazakhstan for some time in the past.
"We know that the media are circulating controversial information regarding the events in Boston," the Kazakh Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Saturday.
"According to media reports, the bombing suspects could have lived in various countries at different times, including Kazakhstan. As of today, we have been unable to found any factual proof confirming these rumors," it said.
