Gaskarov charged with taking part in mass disturbances

MOSCOW April 28 (Interfax) - Opposition activist Alexei Gaskarov has been charged with taking part in mass disturbances and committing violence against an official on Moscow's Bolotnaya Square on May 6 2012.

"My client Alexei Gaskarov has just been charged with taking part in mass unrest and committing violence against an official," Gaskarov's defense lawyer Svetlana Sidorkina told Interfax on Sunday.
