Nationalists are conducting procession in Moscow

MOSCOW. May 1 (Interfax) - A nationalist procession started in Marshal Biryuzov Street in northwest Moscow on Wednesday afternoon.

Participants are carrying black-yellow-and-white flags and banners featuring yellow Christian Orthodox cross on a black background.

An organizer of the procession, Dmitry Dyomushkin, told the press that the main demands of the marchers are the protection of the rights and freedoms of the indigenous population of Russia and an end to illegal immigration.

"Our main slogans are the rights of the indigenous population of Russia, primarily Russians, slogans for the introduction of visas in travels with Central Asian countries, the issue of illegal immigration. There is also a separate slogan against dumping on the labor market," he said.
