Pharmacy Chain 36.6 schedules AGM for June 27

MOSCOW. May 8 (Interfax) - Pharmacy Chain 36.6 has scheduled its annual general shareholder meeting for June 27, the company reported.

The list of individuals with the right to participate in the meeting is being compiled on May 8.

The meeting's agenda includes approving the annual report, annual financial statement and profits and losses statement, as well as allocating profit and losses, paying out dividends, approving the size and procedure for remunerating members of the board of directors, electing a board of directors and audit committee, and approving an auditor.

Pharmacy Chain 36.6 generated a 971-million-ruble net loss last year, 6% less than its loss in 2011.
