Razgulay to hold AGM on June 26
MOSCOW. May 15 (Interfax) - The board of directors of Russian agriculture company OJSC Razgulay Group has set the company AGM for June 26, the company said in a press release.
Shareholders registered as of May 15 will have the right to take part in the AGM.
The board has recommended that shareholders waive dividends for 2012.
