Gazprom tells stockholders insider-info document adopted 4 months ago

MOSCOW. May 16 (Interfax) - The board of directors at Gazprom has confirmed rules for controlling the observance of the law's requirements in combating the wrongful use of insider information and market manipulation.

A company statement says the board's decision is dated January 25, 2013. However, the head of the Gazprom department for property management and corporate relations, Yelena Mikhailova, only decided to notify shareholders on May 15.

Despite the passage of almost four months, the document is still not posted on the company website.
