Ministers' plans for implementing presidential decrees to be announced shortly - Dvorkovich

MOSCOW. May 19 (Interfax) - The Russian ministers' plans for implementing President Vladimir Putin's decrees passed in May 2012 will have been prepared and published by June 7, said Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich.

"We have set serious tasks for 2013. They have been spelt out in national programs and will be reflected in the ministers' plans the president ordered to prepare at a meeting on May 7. By June 7 they will have been prepared and announced," Dvorkovich said in an interview with Rossiiskaya Gazeta to come out on Monday.

Putin said at a meeting on the implementation of the May 2012 decrees that the ministers' responsibility for their implementation will be public. Each ministry and agency has its development plans which should match the tasks set forth in the decrees. Corresponding adjustments should be made for the coming five years.

Putin also said that each minister must be aware of the results he wants to achieve in compliance with the decrees and "announce them publicly."

The president instructed the ministers to draw up plans within four weeks, make them public and submit them to him. Putin also said he would meet with each minister personally to discuss the work done over the year. Putin will hear reports on the results publicly.
