Bokarev to replace Itera chief Makarov on Rosneftegaz board of directors

MOSCOW. May 20 (Interfax) - Andrei Bokarev, the co-owner of Kuzbassrazrezugol Coal Company , Transmashholding , Transoil and several other businesses, is joining the board of directors of Russian state holding Rosneftegaz, where he will replace the founder and president of Itera Group, Igor Makarov.

This information is contained in the list of candidates to the Rosneftegaz board, which was confirmed by a government order dated May 15.

The remaining members of the board - Rosneft President Igor Sechin, Gazprombank chief Andrei Akimov, Acting Vice President of Rosneftegaz Larisa Kalanda and Chairman of SOGAZ Sergei Ivanov - will keep their seats on the board.

Rosneftegaz's primary assets are 75.2% of the shares in Rosneft and about 11% of Gazprom . It also plans to consolidate stakes in various state-run companies at Inter RAO UES .
