Relations between defense ministries of Russia, Belarus develop dynamically - Shoigu
MOSCOW. May 23 (Interfax-AVN) - Meetings between the defense ministers of the CIS countries at the international conference on European security, which is being held in Moscow, will be very useful, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said opening negotiations with his Belarusian counterpart Yury Zhadobin on Thursday.
"Our relations are developing dynamically without any problems," Shoigu said.
Zhadobin invited Shoigu to visit Minsk "for an unofficial meeting" on June 4. Shoigu said he will try to make the time to do that.
"You are not a guest here, but a great friend," Shoigu told Zhadobin.
Shoigu earlier met with his Greek counterpart Panagiotis Panagiotopoulos.
