School official who witnessed killing of militants in Khasavyurt dies of heart attack
MAKHACHKALA. May 23 (Interfax) - The school official who witnessed the killing of two militants in Khasavyurt has died of a heart attack, the press center for the Interior Ministry's department for Dagestan told Interfax.
The incident occurred at 1:20 p.m. Moscow time, when the police stopped two men to check their documents, the source told Interfax.
"One of the men threw a grenade at the policemen's feet," the source said.
The incident was witnessed by a school official, who was so shocked that she had a heart attack and eventually died. The criminals were eventually killed. Two patrol police officers were wounded in the attack," the press service for the Interior Ministry's Department for Dagestan has reported.
