Vkontakte social network site blacklisted by mistake - Roskomnadzor
MOSCOW. May 24 (Interfax) - The Russian mass media and communications watchdog, Roskomnadzor, said that the Vkontakte social network website was blacklisted by mistake.
"It was a mistake resulting from a human error," a watchdog representative told Interfax on Friday. The mistake has already been rectified, the representative said.
