Reduction of CBR stake in Sberbank not on table - Gref
MOSCOW. May 31 (Interfax) - The issue of the Central Bank of Russia's (CBR) stake in Sberbank of Russia charter capital being reduced is not on the agenda, Sberbank chief German Gref said in response to shareholder question asked during the bank's AGM.
"This question is not on the agenda at this time. This is really a question for the stockholder, for the government. As far as I understand, there are no such plans," Gref said.
The CBR's stake in Sberbank decreased to 50% plus one share (52.32% of voting stock) after the sale of 7.58%.
