Russian embassy staff unhurt in shelling attack in Damascus

MOSCOW/DAMASCUS. June 4 (Interfax) - The staff of the Russian embassy in Damascus have not been hurt in a shelling attack, but two Syrian security guards have been wounded.

"No one was injured in the embassy," an embassy spokesman told Interfax.

Asked whether additional security measures will be taken, the spokesman said, "We have taken all security measures already."
