Lawyers of Bolotnaya Square case suspects intend to appeal arrest extension

MOSCOW. June 6 (Interfax) - Lawyers of suspects in the case on the unrest on Moscow's Bolotnaya Square will appeal the ruling of the Zamoskvoretsky Court to extend the arrest.

"Of course, we will file a complaint against this blatantly illegal decision," a suspect's lawyer Vadim Klyuvgant told reporters.

Klyuvgant said that the court listened to the reasoning of prosecutor's office and satisfied the motion to extend the arrest on Thursday.

"Today, this does not look like a competitive court, today went with playing along with one of the sides," Klyuvgant said.

Other suspects' lawyers Ruslan Chanidze, Dmitry Agranovsky and Farit Murtazin told Interfax they intended to appeal the arrest extension.
