IDGC Urals dividends for 2012 to be 0.00179 of ruble
YEKATERINBURG. June 14 (Interfax) - The stockholders in OJSC IDGC Urals voted at their June 13 AGM in favor of dividends for 2012 of 0.00179 rubles per ordinary share, 70% more than the 0.00106-ruble dividend recommended by the company board of directors.
The company paid out dividends of 0.0028 of a ruble per share for 2011, so dividends for last year will be 36% less than for the year before.
IDGC Urals net profits for last year amounted to 625.814 million rubles to be distributed as follows: 438.022 million rubles for development, 156.501 million rubles for dividends, and 31.291 million rubles for the company's reserve fund.
Net profits for 2011 were 2.548 billion rubles, distributed as follows: 2.176 billion rubles for development, 244.805 million rubles for dividends, and 127.403 million rubles for the reserve fund.
IDGC Urals is the unified operating company for the Urals region, providing management for distribution grid complexes in Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk, and Kurgan Regions, and Perm Territory.
Its charter capital is 8,743,048,571.1 rubles split into 87,430,485,711 ordinary shares with par value of 0.1 of a ruble. The main shareholder is OJSC Russian Grids - the former OJSC IDGC Holding - with 51.52% of charter capital.
