Orlen Lietuva, BNK each plan to deliver 1 mln tonnes of oil product to Ukraine this year

KYIV. June 19 (Interfax) - Orlen Lietuva of Lithuania and Belarusian Oil Company (BNK) each plan to deliver one million tonnes of oil product to Ukraine this year, the heads of their offices in that country said during a Wednesday press conference in Kyiv.

"In 2012 we delivered around 750,000 tonnes of oil products from Lithuania and 250,000 tonnes from Poland. This year we plan to keep it at that level," head of Orlen Lietuva's offices in Ukraine Igor Maistrenko said.

The head of BNK-Ukraine LLC, Vitaly Kalugin, said that "for the year we plan [to deliver] upwards of one million tonnes." "Last year it was also around one million tonnes," he added.

Kalugin said that this amount does not include the oil-product deliveries from Belarus that tolling operators are making - TNK-BP , Gazprom Neft , and Lukoil .

President of the association United Operators of Ukraine's Oil-product Market Leonid Kosyanchuk said that around 70% of Ukraine's fuel market is supplied by imports. From 60% to 65% of the product on it is delivered from Belarus, Lithuania, and Poland.
