MAKHACHKALA. June 21 (Interfax) - An arms cache has been found in a police operation in the Untsukul district, the Dagestani Interior Ministry told Interfax.

It said the cache was discovered in a forest, six kilometers west of the Kakhabroso village. It contained 34 packs of 5.45-millimeter ammunition (1,020 rounds), twelve pieces of RPG-7 man-portable anti-tank grenade launcher ammunition, and five kilograms of aluminum powder.

"Judging by operative information, the cache belonged to the ringleader of the Gimry sabotage and terrorist group, Gimry village resident Magomed Suleymanov born in 1976. He is wanted federally," the ministry press service said.
