Coal producer Belon gets new CEO

KEMEROVO. June 21 (Interfax) - Shareholders in OJSC Belon, a coal producer controlled by Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works (MMK) , elected a new company CEO at their annual shareholders meeting, the company said in materials.

Viktor Anufriyev, the acting CEO since May, was endorsed as Vyacheslav Bobylev's replacement.

The shareholders also voted to waive dividends for 2012, when net profit to Russian Accounting Standards (RAS) plummeted to 7.743 million rubles, from 1.83 billion rubles in 2011. Belon did not pay dividends for 2011 and 2010, when net profit was 1.829 billion rubles and 2.507 billion rubles, respectively, or 2009, when net losses were 1.3 billion rubles.
