Former FESCO chief Gilts to head Rail Garant

MOSCOW. June 27 (Interfax) - Yury Gilts, the former president of FESCO Transportation Group, is going to head up Rail Garant, a source on the railroad freight transport market told Interfax.

Rail Garant confirmed this fact.

"Indeed, he is coming to us as general director of the group in August," the company told Interfax.

At the beginning of June, FESCO appointed Ruslan Alikhanov, a former partner of McKinsey & Co, as its new president. Gilts stayed on as advisor to the president. Gilts told Interfax that he had no conflict with shareholders and would remain as advisor "as long as is needed."
