Detskiy Mir to pay out 420.5 mln rubles in dividends for 2012
MOSCOW. July 1 (Interfax) - OJSC Detskiy Mir - Center, the management company for the Detskiy Mir (Children's World) group, will put 420,461,837 rubles into dividends for 2012, say materials prepared for the company AGM on June 28.
The actual dividends as approved by the shareholders will amount to 142,240.13 rubles per share (par value 100 rubles).
Eight people were elected to the board of directors: Christopher Baxter, Andrei Berezhnoi, Igor Busarov, Yelena Degtyareva, Valentin Korchunov, Boris Ostrobrod, Oskar Ratsin, and Vladimir Chirakhov. There were ten candidates for the board.
The Detskiy Mir group manages a network of eponymous retailers that sell toys and other goods for children, ELC stores, and the luxury-center Detskaya Galereya Yakimanka.
OJSC Detskiy Mir's main owner is AFK Sistema . Sberbank of Russia became the owner of 25% plus one share in the retailer in 2010, with Sistema retaining the rest of the stock.
