Counter-terrorist operation starts in Kabardino-Balkaria's village

NALCHIK. July 18 (Interfax) - Kabardino-Balkaria's operative headquarters ordered to start a counter-terrorist operation in the village of Islamei, Baksan district, Russia's internal republic of Kabardino-Balkaria at 6 a.m. on Thursday.

A number of special measures and restrictions will be taken as part of the counter-terrorist operation.
