Chemical, petrochemical complex development strategy needed - PM

MOSCOW. July 18 (Interfax) - Russia's Industry and Trade and Energy Ministries are to come up in early December with the draft of a development strategy for the country's chemical and petrochemical complex in the period until 2030, working with agencies and companies involved in the sectors, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has instructed.
