Worker killed as gas pipeline was being repaired in Perm

PERM. July 19 (Interfax) - A worker was killed and another sustained injuries when a gas pipeline exploded as it was being repaired at a Lukoil facility near the town of Usolye in Perm Territory, a spokesman for the Perm territorial police department told Interfax.

The injured worker was airlifted to a hospital in Perm, he said.
