Regulator clears Gazprom Neft to acquire 99% of Orsk airport fuel complex
MOSCOW. July 22 (Interfax) - The Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has cleared Gazprom Neft subsidiary Gazprom Neft Aero to acquire 99% of LLC Airport Fuelling, the fuel complex at Orsk Airport in the Orenburg region, the FAS said on its website.
Gazprom Neft Aero has 31 fuel complexes and aims to expend its international network to 220 by 2025.
