Stephane Zweguintzow chairs Enel OGK-5 board

MOSCOW. July 26 (Interfax) - The board of directors at Enel OGK-5 has elected Stephane Zweguintzow, head of business development at Enel France, as its chairman, the Russian genco said in a statement.

Dominique Fache, who has chaired the board for five years, said early this summer that he plans to leave the company, and was not elected to the new board.

Zweguintzow was head of the Enel office in Moscow between 2000, when it was established, and 2007. He headed the Russian Gas Department of Enel's Upstream Gas Division in 2008-2010.
