UAC to issue 28.4 bln rubles in supplementary shares
MOSCOW. July 30 (Interfax) - The board of directors of United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) has approved a supplementary issue of 33 billion ordinary shares in the company totaling 28.38 billion rubles, UAC said in a statement.
The company will place the shares at par, 0.86 rubles each.
The UAC board also reelected Vnesheconombank (VEB) CEO Vladimir Dmitriev as board chairman.
The state owns 84.3% of shares in UAC and VEB has 9.1%.
Charter capital currently totals 188.9 billion rubles split into 219.6 billion shares.
UAC comprises OJSC Sukhoi Aviation Holding Company, OJSC Irkut Corporation , OJSC Tupolev, CJSC Aviastar-SP , OJSC Voronezh Aircraft Plant , OJSC Ilyushin Finance Co., and OJSC Kazan Aviation Production Association n.a. S. P. Gorbunov, among others.
