Atomenergoprom's RAS profits slump 26% to 21.3 bln rubles in H1

MOSCOW. July 30 (Interfax) - OJSC Atomenergoprom, which consolidates civilian assets in Russia's nuclear industry, saw its net profit to Russian Accounting Standards (RAS) drop 26% year-on-year to 21.319 billion rubles in the first half of 2013, the company said in a report.

Pre-tax profit also fell 26%, to 21.4 billion rubles.

Income from participation in other organizations grew 12% in the six-month period to 31.5 billion rubles.

Company revenues skyrocketed 280% to 255.971 million rubles, gross profit soared 5.2-fold to 93.848 million rubles, and cost of goods sold increased 230% to 162.1 million rubles.
