UN-contracted Russian helicopter crash-lands in Ethiopia - source
MOSCOW. July 31 (Interfax) - A Russian PANKh airline helicopter has crash-landed in the vicinity of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, a law enforcement agency representative told Interfax.
"The Mil Mi-8 helicopter was contracted by the United Nations. It crash-landed 20 miles from Addis Ababa and fell on its side. All of the crewmembers are alive. They are currently staying at a hospital in Addis Ababa," the source said.
In his words, the helicopter was flying from Djibouti to Addis Ababa.
