Russian govt is fulfilling its functions well - Putin
SELIGER (Tver region). Aug 2 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin said he is generally satisfied with the work of the Russian government.
"I have to say that the government is generally fulfilling its functions well," he said while meeting with people in the youth camp Seliger.
