Gazprom poised to receive licenses to Ludlovskoye, Rusanovskoye fields

MOSCOW. Aug 12 (Interfax) - Federal subsurface resource agency Rosnedra is finalizing issuance to Gazprom of licenses to the Beloostrovsky hydrocarbon section, which includes the Rusanovskoye gas condensate field, and to the Ludlovskoye gas field, Rosnedra said in materials, citing a July 18 instruction from the head of the agency.

Beloostrovsky, including Rusanovskoye, is in the Kara Sea and Ludlovskoye is in the Barents Sea.

Gazprom will make a payment of 5.049 billion rubles for Ludlovskoye, 0.182 billion rubles for Beloostrovsky and 25.474 billion rubles for Rusanovskoye.

The government assigned the licenses to Gazprom on a no-bid basis.

Ludlovskoye covers 4,946.5 square kilometers. Its state registered gas resource as of January 1, 2012, totaled 80.111 billion cubic meters (bcm) of C1 reserves and 131.046 bcm of C2 reserves.

Rusanovskoye covers 9,420.4 square km. Its state registered resource as of January 1, 2012, totaled: 380.374 million tonnes of C3 oil in place and 119.475 million tonnes of C3 recoverable oil; 240.374 bcm of C1 gas, 538.643 bcm of C2 gas and 3.248 trillion cubic meters of C3 gas; and 4.822 million tonnes of C1 condensate in place, 2.411 million tonnes of C1 recoverable condensate, 10.806 million tonnes of C2 condensate in place, 5.403 million tonnes of C2 recoverable condensate, 116.21 C3 in place and 84.689 C3 recoverable.

Beloostrovsky covers 2,648 square km. The forecast D1 resource is 578.6 bcm of gas, 50.3 million tonnes of condensate in place, of which 36.2 million tonnes are recoverable.

Meanwhile, Rosnedra has annulled the licenses to the Bokhansky section in Irkutsk region and the Solzavodsky section in Krasnoyarsk territory at Gazprom's request. The corresponding orders, signed on July 24 and August 1 respectively, cancel the operation of the exploration and production licenses to the two sections effective from July 25 and August 15 respectively.

Bokhansky's D1 resource is estimated at 30 billion cubic meters of gas and Solzavodsky's C3 resource is estimated at 5.9 million tonnes of oil and 63.46 billion cubic meters of gas.
