Vanino port ups net profits 3.3-fold in H1
KHABAROVSK. Aug 13 (Interfax) - OJSC Vanino Commercial Sea Port in Khabarovsk Territory made 302 million rubles in net profits in the first half of 2013, 230% more year-on-year.
Sales revenues were up 48.7% at 1.135 billion rubles.

The company's accounts payable increased from 159.623 million rubles at the start of the year to 309.018 million rubles on June 30. The port increased cargo-handling 29% year-on-year to 3.509 million tonnes in the first half.
Vanino Commercial Sea Port is the largest stevedoring company in Vanino port. It is linked to Sakhalin Island by the Vanino-Kholmsk ferry line.
