Russia to perform its 24th Open Skies observation flight of 2013

MOSCOW. Aug 19 (Interfax-AVN) - Russian Open Skies inspectors will fly over Denmark on August 19-23.

"That would be the 24th observation flight conducted by Russian representatives in 2013 over the territories of Treaty member states," acting head of the National Center for Nuclear Threat Reduction Col. Ruslan Shishin told reporters.

A Russian Tupolev Tu-154M LK-1 observation aircraft will carry out the inspection from the Danish airfield of Aalborg.
