OTP Bank chairman to quit post

MOSCOW. Aug 19 (Interfax) - The chairman of OTP Bank, which is part of the Hungarian group OTP, Zoltan Illes will quit his post on September 2, the bank told Interfax.

Illes is leaving his job "in a mutual decision with management for family reasons," the bank said.

The acting chairman of the bank will be David Szemere, who is currently the bank's financial director.

OTP Bank also announced in August that Bulad Subanov, a deputy chairman, would be leaving his post.

OTP Bank was ranked number 40 by asset value and 14 by retail loans in the Interfax-100 review of Russia's banks for the first half of 2013.
