Gazprom directors to address production plans, sales structure in Russia Sept 5
MOSCOW. Aug 21 (Interfax) - The board of directors at OJSC Gazprom will convene on September 5 to consider the prospective gas-production dynamic, the dynamics and structure of gas sales by the group and independent producers.
On the meeting agenda is also the issue of launching a program for managers to take part in Gazprom charter capital.
The board will also take up the conducting of an audit of the company and its subsidiaries on the matter of ensuring transparency and the level of corporate guidance.
Over the last several years, the Russian market share of independent gas producers has been steadily rising, independent companies are consolidating, and there is the question of liberalizing their access rights to the domestic market for liquefied natural gas (LNG) sales.
