Ukrainian delegation to arrive in Moscow next week to consult on Kyiv-EU cooperation - Putin
ROSTOV-ON-DON. Aug 22 (Interfax) - A Ukrainian delegation will arrive in Moscow next week to hold consultations with Russian partners regarding all issues related to the plans for rapprochement between Ukraine and the European Union, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
"We talked with the Ukrainian president yesterday and agreed to hold additional consultations. Our colleagues from Ukraine will fly to Moscow next week to analyze all possible threats related to this situation at the intergovernmental level," Putin said at a meeting in Rostov-on-Don.
"Ukraine is not going to join the EU, it concerns signing the Association Agreement and, according to the estimates of our experts, on conditions quite hard for the Ukrainian economy," the president said.
