Oil production at Trebs-Titov might start at end-Aug

MOSCOW. Aug 23 (Interfax) - Oil production at the Trebs and Titov oilfields in the Nenets Autonomous District might begin at the end of this month, a source close to the project told Interfax.

Oil produced at the field will be transported through Lukoil's Varandey Terminal, he said.

Bashneft , which owns the license for the Trebs-Titov fields, told Interfax that oil production indeed might kick off at the end of the month.

Lukoil, which is participating in the project, is not commenting.

Trebs and Titov have 140.1 million tonnes of C1+C2 oil reserves. They have 59.3 million tonnes of C3 resources.
