Novorossiysk Commercial Sea port to publish H1 IFRS results Aug 29
MOSCOW. Aug 27 (Interfax) - OJSC Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port (NCSP) will publish its financial results to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for the first half of 2013 on August 29, the company said in a statement.
NCSP will hold a conference call dedicated to its report at 5:00 p.m. Moscow time that same day. The company's Executive Director Igor Terentyev, Deputy CEO for Economics and Finance German Kachan, Advisor to the Director of the Moscow Representative Office Yevgeniya Tyurikova, and IT Director Mikhail Shchur will participate in the conference call.
NCSP is Russia's largest port operator and the third-largest in Europe by freight traffic. It is 50.1% owned by Novoport Holding, which in turn belongs to OJSC Transneft and Summa Group on an equal footing. Another 20% of NCSP's shares belong to Russia's Federal Property Agency (Rosimushchestvo), and 5.3% are managed by OJSC Russian Railways (RZD).
