Russian Embassy does not know time of possible meeting with Uralkali CEO

MINSK. Aug 29 (Interfax) - The Russian Embassy in Belarus has told Interfax it has not been informed by the Belarusian authorities when Russian consular officials might be permitted to meet with potash fertilizer producer Uralkali CEO Vladislav Baumgertner, who was arrested in Minsk.

The Russian diplomatic mission said earlier that existing international agreements allowed such a meeting to take place as soon as possible - at around 1:00 p.m. Minsk time on August 29.
