Uralkhimmash board of directors extends general director's contract by one year

YEKATERINBURG. Sept 2 (Interfax) - The board of directors of Sverdlovsk region-based OJSC Ural Chemical Engineering Plant (Uralkhimmash) extended General Director Sergei Gavrikov's powers by one year on August 30, the company said in a statement.

Now Gavrikov will be general director from September 18, 2013 to September 17, 2014.

Gavrikov was also elected general director for a one-year period last September, prior to which he was acting chief.

OJSC Uralkhimmash manufactures equipment for companies in the petrochemical, chemical, oil and gas processing, ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy, conventional and nuclear power, and construction industries. Gazprombank is its strategic partner.

According to Uralkhimmash's list of affiliated entities as of June 30, CJSC Khimmash Group (part of United Heavy Machinery (OMZ) ) owns 53.2238% of Uralkhimmash's shares, and LLC Brenta holds 21.29%.
