State, company Leader agree on united vote on RKK Energiya - Rogozin

MOSCOW. Sept 4 (Interfax-AVN) - The state and the company Leader, the main shareholder in RKK Energiya, have reached an agreement concerning mutual understanding in issues relating to the corporation's fate, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin said.

"We have reached mutual understanding with the company Leader, the largest minority shareholder, that a protocol will be drawn up under which the state and Leader will vote in a united way on the main issues relating to the fate of the corporation," Rogozin said after a meeting on the reform of the rocket and space industry held in Moscow on Wednesday.
