MOSCOW. Sept 6 (Interfax) - Libyan Foreign Minister Muhammad Abdelaziz will hold talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Moscow on Tuesday, a diplomatic source reports.

"There will be talks between Sergei Lavrov and head of the Libyan Foreign Ministry Abdelaziz in Moscow on Tuesday," he said to Interfax.
