Belarusian court leaves Baumgertner in custody

MINSK. Sept 6 (Interfax) - The Minsk Partizansky District Court has declined lawyers' appeal contesting the arrest of Uralkali General Director Vladislav Baumgertner, who is currently in a detention facility.

"The court has denied our appeal. We will contest this decision in the Minsk City Court," lawyer Dmitry Goryachko told reporters.
