No serious violations in Moscow mayoral election, city elections commission head says
MOSCOW. Sept 8 (Interfax) - No serious violations have been recorded during the Moscow mayoral election, city elections commission chairman Valentin Gorbunov told a press conference on Sunday.
"The police have not posted any information [about violations] and all is peaceful and quiet," he said.
"The flow of voters is reducing as you can see from web cameras," he said.
