Russian international reserves down $6.9 bln in week
MOSCOW. September 12 (Interfax) - Russia's international reserves down $6.9 billion to $503.9 billion in the week to September 6, the Central Bank said on Thursday.
The reserves stood at $510.8 billion on August 30.
The current level of reserves is minimum since the end of January, 2012 ($497,1 billion for January 20).
They consist of highly liquid financial assets at the disposal of the CB and Russian government, including foreign currency, monetary gold, special drawing rights, the reserve position at the IMF and other reserve assets.
