Moscow expects all documents on Eurasian Economic Union establishment to be drawn up in time

ASTANA. Sept 12 (Interfax) - Moscow expects all documents on the establishment of the Eurasian Economic Union to be drawn up in time, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.

"We talked about the progress being made in establishing the Eurasian Economic Union. The schedule has been agreed upon and is being met. There are ample reasons to say that the documents will be drafted in time," Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said at a meeting with Kazakh Foreign Minister Yerlan Idrisov on Thursday.

Both ministers noted that the Russian and Kazakh presidents would meet during the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit on September 13.

Idrisov also thanked Lavrov for Kazakhstan's participation in the G20 summit in St. Petersburg, which, as he said, demonstrates the importance of Eurasian integration.
