ES of East chief to join RusHydro management board
MOSCOW. Sept 16 (Interfax) - OJSC RAO Energy System of East CEO Sergei Tolstoguzov is joining the management board of OJSC RusHydro .
The election of RusHydro management board members is on the agenda for the company's September 17 board meeting, company materials show.
The agenda also includes the dismissal of Alexei Maslov from his post as deputy chairman in charge of capital construction at the company, which he has held since 2010.
"A priority project for RusHydro right now is the construction of 5 plants at a cost of 50 billion rubles, allocated from the federal budget. RusHydro is constructing the plants side by side with subsidiary RAO Energy System of East, which is why Tolstoguzov is to be included in the management board, RusHydro told Interfax.
Maslov is to continue working in the company.
