Russia not planning to destroy Syrian chemical arms yet - minister
VALDAI, Russia. Sept 19 (Interfax) - Russia is not currently considering destroying Syrian chemical weapons on its territory, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said.
"There needs to be a decision to do that," Shoigu said in answering a question from Interfax. "We do have facilities for destroying weapons. There's a great difference between being ready and being able to do something."
