India to get aircraft carrier Vikramaditya in 2013 - Shoigu

VALDAI. Sept 19 (Interfax) - The aircraft carrier Admiral Gorshkov (Vikramaditya) will be provided to India before the end of this year, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said at the discussion club Valdai.
